Property investment and development company Ballymore has announced plans to establish joint venture to deliver its £2bn London Residential pipeline.
3,000 new residential units and 250,000 sq.ft if commercial, leisure and office space are planned, across three sites in Canary Wharf, the Leamouth Peninsula and Nine Elms. The schemes have an overall gross development value of approximately £2bn.
Arrowhead Quay, Canary Wharf:
– Planned development of two towers of 50 and 55 storeys
– 990 residential units adjacent to Canary Wharf
– Retail, leisure and café facilities in a landscaped, public plaza
London City Island Phase II, Leamouth Peninsula
– 1,145 premium residential units
Embassy Gardens Phase II, Nine Elms
– 870 residential units
– Retail, leisure and office facilities
– Close to the US Embassy and Linear Park.
Ballymore’s Chief Executive, Sean Mulryan, said,
